曾先后在以色列Bar-Ilan University、韩国首尔大学、日本物质材料研究所(NIMS)、日本产业综合技术研究所(AIST)从事研发工作,主要从事微、纳米结构材料与器件研究,探索纳米结构材料与器件的制备与组装方法、纳米器件的工作原理,以及纳米材料与器件的结构、特性,生物医学材料材料及仿生结构和功能器件的制备等纳米科学问题。
